Woody Creek and Old Snowmass

These communities provide privacy due to the large acreage lots and smaller populations.

Welcome to Woody Creek and Old Snowmass

Settled alongside the Roaring Fork River in Pitkin County, Woody Creek and Old Snowmass (also known as simply Snowmass) are quiet, unincorporated towns secluded from popular destinations such as Aspen and Snowmass Village. These tight-knit communities provide privacy due to the large acreage lots and smaller populations. Woody Creek's population is less than 300 residents, while Old Snowmass has only around one to three thousand residents.

More of this small-town feel is seen in the architecture of the towns' properties. Rustic houses with warm lighting showcase the Old American West blended with modern architecture to create an elegant but inviting style to these luxury mountain town properties. Other notable features include properties with riverfront views and river access due to these towns' proximity to both the Roaring Fork River and the aptly named Woody Creek.
